The Challenge We’re Solving:
Sweden’s tech industry is facing a shortage of qualified professionals, while international talent often struggles to find opportunities due to cultural and language barriers. SITA.dev connects these two sides by providing companies with a steady stream of diverse, well-trained tech talent.
The Role:
As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in building relationships with companies that are looking to address their tech talent shortages. Your primary responsibility will be to help form partnerships with businesses that can benefit from our techTalentDiscovery and techHiringSprint programs, which offer risk-free hiring solutions for companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Outreach: Identify potential business partners and initiate discussions with companies facing tech talent shortages.
- Partnership Development: Assist in building and nurturing partnerships with companies to provide them with access to our pool of international tech talent.
- Solution Presentation: Support the team in presenting our talent acquisition solutions to potential clients, showcasing how SITA.dev can help solve their hiring challenges.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on trends in the Swedish tech job market to identify new opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with our internal teams to align client needs with the talent we are training and developing.

What We Are Looking For:
- Interest in business development, partnership creation, and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus, but not required).
Internship Details:
- Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension).
- Flexible working hours.
- Remote or hybrid working options (based in Stockholm preferred but not required).
IMPORTANT: This is a 3-6 month UNPAID internship with the possibility of permanent employment based on the business growth. We will cover any of your expenses for work during the internship. Consider this as an opportunity to start something small and grow.
