Tasks

• As the first sales person in the region, you have the task of shaping the strategic development of cooperation partners and building a powerful team with increasing success
• You will inspire new authorities (job centers and Federal Employment Agency – Business2Government ( B2G )) in your region about our unique approach and win them over to work closely with us
• You inspire new regional corporate partners ( B2B ) for our cooperation program. This enables partners to cover their IT specialist needs in the long term and sustainably through graduates of our further training courses.
• You are the first point of contact for our local cooperation partners and have a decisive influence on the positive development of unemployment and the shortage of skilled workers. Examples: You give specialist lectures about the IT job market in the authorities or coordinate specialist lectures from our corporate partners in further training courses
• You will organize applicant days on-site or remotely together with our partners and ensure that everything runs smoothly and successfully
• You accompany potential participants until the start of the course ( B2C ), who then join our corporate partners as system administrators after their further training

Qualification

• You have already gained relevant professional experience (at least 3 years) in sales, business development, location development or similar areas – ideally in interaction with authorities
• You are passionate about sales, enjoy building sustainable relationships and enjoy going full throttle to exceed your goals
• You like to take responsibility and are an absolute doer. Ideally, you have already gained experience in leading, motivating and developing a team to achieve goals and create a positive work environment
• Your communication skills help you to find the right arguments with a lot of empathy to get various stakeholders excited about our vision and to speak to them on an equal level – from interns to management
• Thanks to your curiosity and willingness to learn, you enjoy learning, recognizing new potential and, with your hands-on mentality, always finding a suitable solution for every challenge
• Plus points if you have additional experience in the tech or education sector

Benefits

• Target salary €50,000 – €65,000 including uncapped commission model
